ECBK, EPDM cold shrinkable insulation breakout boots manufactured from
EPDM rubber, are a series of open-ended sealing boots , which are factory
expanded and assembled onto a removable supporting core. The core is removed
after the cold shrink breakout has been positioned for installation.
The boots provide environmental enclosure for each
phase of cable and overall cable jacket, which form a waterproof seal, no
extra tools such as gas torches or heat required. The cold shrink breakouts
provide fast, safe and simple electrical insulation when comparing with heat
shrink technology.
